1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Viyona Academy ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.viyonaacademy.com and our educational services, including but not limited to classes 6th to 12th tuition, Kerala PSC competitive exam coaching, language courses, PDF notes, and live video classes (collectively, the "Services").
By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
2 Description of Services
Viyona Academy provides comprehensive online and physical coaching based in Kovoor, Kollam. Our services include:
- School Academics (Upper Primary, High School, Higher Secondary).
- Competitive Government Examination Coaching (10th, +2, and Degree Level PSC).
- Provision of study materials including Comprehensive PDF Notes, Chapter-wise study materials, and Mock Tests.
- Live and recorded Video Classes and AI-driven sessions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.
3 User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features (such as Basic, Standard, and Premium subscriptions), you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Be entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect that an account is being used by multiple individuals, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the account without a refund.
4 Payments & Subscriptions
Viyona Academy offers various subscription tiers (e.g., Intro, Basic, Standard, Premium). By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay Viyona Academy the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle you choose.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our study materials and video classes, all sales are considered final. Viyona Academy does not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods unless otherwise mandated by Indian consumer protection laws.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
5 Intellectual Property Rights
All original content provided on the Viyona Academy platform—including but not limited to video lectures, PDF notes, mock tests, graphics, logos, and UI design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Viyona Academy and is protected by copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materials solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, screen-record, or create derivative works of any material without our express written consent.
6 Code of Conduct
Viyona Academy is a community dedicated to learning. To ensure a safe and supportive environment in our interactive Q&A sessions, live classes, and forums, you agree not to:
- Post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Disrupt the virtual classroom experience for instructors or other students.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes or spamming.
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account at the sole discretion of Viyona Academy administration.
7 Disclaimers
Educational Guarantee: While Viyona Academy provides high-quality instruction and comprehensive materials designed to help you succeed in board exams and Kerala PSC competitive exams, we do not guarantee specific ranks, exam results, or job placements. Your success depends on your personal effort, study habits, and exam performance.
Platform Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be 100% error-free or continuous. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary outages.
8 Changes to Terms
Viyona Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via email communication. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
